These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to AWAN's online store on www.aswearenow.co (in the following referred to as the ”online store”), thus covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with As We Are Now AS, hereinafter referred to as ”AWAN”). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the online store.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as we have confirmed your order and an order confirmation has been sent from AWAN to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the online store, AWAN will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question. If incorrect price information has been shown on the online store you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. AWAN reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.
To place an order in the online store you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. AWAN presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.aswearenow.co submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
The prices shown in the online store are the effective prices from time to time. AWAN is not bound by these prices, and may change the prices from one time to another. AWAN is not bound by any incorrect price information that the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and that may have emerged due to technical faults. The prices constitute the total price (including VAT); however do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. Deliveries to Norway are not subject to any additional costs apart from the cost for delivery.
Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.
Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the online store. Available payment options are most major credit or debit cards or PayPal.
If you pay by credit card AWAN reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. AWAN reserves the right to decline a purchase.
Please note we are unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or cheques as payment in the online store.
AWAN accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the online. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. All orders are shipped from Norway or Sweden. Normally the time of delivery is 1-4 working days, depending on chosen delivery method and destination country, once AWAN has accepted and confirmed your order.
All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you previous to completing the order.
If a package delivered is not collected or cannot be delivered to the specified address, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
AWAN offers free return shipping in Norway. You are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery.
For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. Please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.
AWAN will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.
The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
Please follow the return instructions in the return note that comes with your purchase.
Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after having received your order. Please write: RETURN and your order number in the email title.
After receiving a return confirmation from us by email, please return the product/s as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after sending your notice.
Place items in original shipping box or padded envelope, closed securely. Remember the items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of wear and tear, and must have the original label attached. Returns will be inspected upon delivery and we have to reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria.
The shipment should only include the items for return and a note stating the order number and customer name and address.

It is important that you remember to write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package and return label for two reasons:
- to ensure a faster expedition
- to avoid custom duties and other applicable taxes being added
Any custom or VAT related costs due to incorrectly marked return package will be charged back to you.
Please do not include the invoice from As We Are Now AS in the return shipment.
If requested by shipping company, put value to USD 10.
The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches AWAN and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
AWAN ensures that all products are meticulously checked in a quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.
We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by AWAN, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the homepage in detail reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.

Follow the steps below to register items for return or exchange, or to make a product issue claim.

- Be prepared that you may need to print a waybill in order for AWAN to be able to fund your return shipping.

AWAN has a 30 day return policy. Any returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Your returned item(s) can either be exchanged for new item(s), or you can receive a refund. We exchange or refund items that are in resalable condition with all garment tags still attached and intact. Please send the products back in the packaging they came with.
Within Norway and the European Union, all returns are free of charge, meaning that both the return shipping as well as shipping of any replacement item(s) is covered and provided by AWAN.
Outside Norway and the European Union, customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping. Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us. In case you request an exchange, AWAN will cover the shipping cost of any replacement item(s).
You can exchange any item(s) for another color or size as long as we have it in stock. Please note that you can only exchange your garment for another size or color of the same style. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will fulfill your replacement order within 5 working days, and send it along with a shipping confirmation e-mail with all tracking details.
In case you do not wish to make an exchange, you can return any item(s) for a refund. Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process the refund. This process normally takes 5 working days from that we have received your returned items. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
Please note that, depending on your chosen payment method, it can take a few days for the amount to be transferred back to the account or card used.
In the unfortunate event of any damage or product issue, we will review your complaint and come back to you with a solution, normally within 1-2 working days. We will first see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault, and otherwise replace the product or refund you the money. In the case of the latter, please follow the procedure for regular return.
